In 2020, following the chaos created by Covid, I was overcome by a sense of defeat. This feeling almost took over me, but I had the COURAGE (yes! I write it in bold because you have to find the courage to ask for help) to pick up the phone and ask her for an appointment. She immediately made things clear, putting me at ease. Then, like a raging river, I poured out my distress, and then, thanks to her professionalism, I was able to get my life back on track. Anyway, thanks again for everything. Simone
